Returns Policy

You have a right to return/cancel your order within seven working days of receiving your purchase. This seven day period begins the day after you receive the item/s from us. Please notify us in writing within seven working days stating that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s ) and we will be happy to offer you a full refund excluding any delivery charge, providing the item/s are unused and in the original packaging. We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your original purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges but we will send any exchange items free of postage charges.

Refund Deposits in Tearooms

All deposits paid to secure Tearoom reservations are non refundable.  If however notifcation or requests are received for change of numbers 48 hours prior to the event and does not represent more than 10% of the original number booked, we are happy to transfer the deposits paid for those guests towards the remaining final bill

Events in the Celebration Hall

All deposits paid to secure an event in our Celebration Hall are non refundable.  If however notifcation or requests are received for change of numbers 72 hours prior to the event and does not represent more than 10% of the original number booked, we are happy to transfer the deposits paid for those guests towards the remaining final bill.  The final bill for all Celebration Hall events are to be paid 7 days prior to the event. If the whole event is cancelled less than one calendar month, 100% of the event is payable.
